[Building Sakai] Forums Tool Instructor Access

We are using sakai 2.6. In the Forums Tool I cannot hide access to a
topic or forum from a site member of role Instructor even though I have
unchecked the Permission Level boxes.

 

I was trying to make the forum only available to a particular group made
up of 1 of the site's Instructors and some of the site's Students.
However, the forum is available to all the Instructors, but only the
Students in the Group.

 

Has anyone else seen this.
