[Building Sakai] Tool categories

Hi all,

 

I've seen on some tech demos in the past that tools in the Sakai left
hand menu where grouped into categories (eg: Learning tools,
Communication tools, Admin tools). Does anyone know how I can enable
this feature? I'm not sure if its part of some contrib. project or
standard feature.
