[Building Sakai] State of webdav support for windows

I'm trying to get a handle on the state of Sakai's webdav support for
windows. Some of our users are reporting that it doesn't work for them
in Windows 7, but some of the online discussions I've seen seem to
claim that it does. Does anyone have experience with webdav working
with Windows 7? Or not working?
