[Building Sakai] release 1 SP1 of Lesson Builder

Polls is next on my list as well as far as new tools. But there's a whole list of priorities, which you'll see on the Confluence site. If you look at the items that have been done, I think you'll see that I am making progress. Adding a new tool is something someone else could reasonably do. There's an interface for a class that has all the tool-specific code. But currently there's some work (quite straightforward) to 3 common files to integrate it. I'd be happy to have others work on it.

There will be special portal support for Lesson Builder in 2.9. I don't decide whether it's part of the core.
