[Building Sakai] mailarchive-runconversion.sh error

Folks,
We're testing a 2.5.x to 2.6 (then onto 2.7.1) upgrade.
In mailarchive-runconversion.sh we're getting

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/sakaiproject/util/conversion/UpgradeSchema

Since we're trying to juggle a bunch of things at once I'd thought it might
be better to ask the list first .. any suggestions?
