[Building Sakai] Sakai Kaltura integration

Dear All,
I have installed kaltura module in sakai 2.6.3. When I login to sakai, it as
admin, I am able to create the site using the kaltura media gallery tool.
However, the following are the issues.

a) In the site editor, when I click on the kaltura icon, it pops up window.
The pop-up window is empty.
b) After creating the site, when I access the site and click on add media or
upload media, I get a blank page. Please see the pages I have attached.
The following is my sakai.properties file.

NOTE : I am not using CDN as I don't know what it is and if it is required
for me to see the kaltura images/videos in sakai interface.

Following are my quieries
===================
a) The kaltura server and the sakai server are NATTED. Both the servers are
in private network pool of 192.168.1.xxx, howvere both of them have been
given public IP. Is there any specific port I need to open in the firewall
for the sakai to talk to kaltura other than port 80 ?

b) Are above mentioned widgets enough and are they containing correct values
?

c) Where can I get the widget details ?

d) How to get the widget details. I mean, what is the exact process to get
the details.

Any step-by-step document would be good to have on sakai and kaltura
integration.
