[Building Sakai] Drop Box quota?

Hi all,

I know that you can control a site's Resource quota, but is there a way to
set a max quota for the Drop Box tool?

We have a professor that is eating through our disk space by uploading 2GB
avi files to the Drop Box via webdav. I would like to find a way to make it
so this can't happen. Thanks for any advice.
