[Building Sakai] User properties for provided users: KNL-567

Hi all,

If you use a User Directory Provider to provision your users from an external source, you may be interested in this issue which has come up:

which is about the relationship of internal Sakai user properties (as stored in SAKAI_USER_PROPERTY) to external (provided) users.
