[Building Sakai] codehause snapshots plugins repo down

Hi all

A heads up it looks like the codehause snapshot repo is misconfigured at
the moment - this could lead to build failures.

it seems:

http://snapshots.repository.codehaus.org/org/codehaus/mojo

is redirecting to a service that returns an error. In maven this will
lead to errors like:

[INFO] Error building POM (may not be this project's POM).
