[Building Sakai] VelocityServlet Error in Site Info v 2.7.0

FYI, I did repeat the problem with your original text on 2.7.x trunk code
and qa3 server. The problem is solved after merging SAK-18878 into 2.7.x

Hi, Dorie: 

What is the description string for that site? 

There is a recent fix for SiteTextEditUtil, SAK-18878, which refers to a
different problem though.
