[Building Sakai] SoftChalk and Edia-Scorm

  SoftChalk dropped support for SCORM before the LessonBuilder 6.0 
release.  You can download a build of lbgateway (the Sakai code that 
supports direct publishing) from 
https://source.sakaiproject.org/contrib/softchalk/branches/lbgateway-2.6.2/.  
Let me know if you have any problems.
