How does this determine what is actually checked out?  Is it a manually 
hand compiled list of projects, or does it scan the kernel-deploy and 
core-deploy of the main Sakai distribution, so that when those are 
updated to include new applications this list is updated (and then it 
could be used on other Sakai Distributions as well, by providing a list 
of deploy poms).
