[Building Sakai] Strange index problems

Are the search journals supposed to be on a shared store between the
nodes? It seems like our nodes stores them under the local
apache-tomcat-x.y.z/sakai folder

Hi Johan,

This usually means that the node was restarted while it was optomising
the search segments in shared. You ca fix it with:

update search_journal set status='commited';
