[Building Sakai] Webservice + DropBox

Hi Wellington,

There is no web service to do what you need, out of the box. However, there are a number of web services that deal with content if you take a look in the provisional section of the web services code, ContentHosting.jws. You could use those as a base for any web service you write. if you do write one, submit it as a patch to JIRA as that would be valuable to have.
