[Building Sakai] Forum email settings

  After upgrading our prod. Sakai to 2.7.x, when someone reply a thread 
in Forum, it is trying connect to our smtp server.. Where do I put the 
smtp settings for Forum?

I am seeing following messages in catalina.out which is trying to 
connect to our smtp server and cannot.. I need to make changes so that 
it uses SSL connection.

DEBUG SMTP: trying to connect to host "smtp.mail.rice.edu", port 465,
