Yes, I was already doing that way.
What it seems to work is to go back to tomcat 5.5.29....but now what about the security?!
Anyone with a Sakai 2.6.2 + Tomcat 5.5.30 installation running without any problem?

You may want to try downloading the tomcat tar.gz and using that
instead of the package installer (unless you are already doing that).
We have seen people have issues with the package installed versions of
tomcat sometimes.
