Hi Robert,

Thanks for your answer.

Really, sometimes after Sakai crash MySQL is running, and, other times, MySQL goes down too....and without any error on database logs!!

I have revised my database settings in sakai.properties but they seem to be OK....

Looks like its having trouble talking to your database.
Check your database settings in sakai.properties and that your DB (either mysql or oracle) is running.

Hi all!

I have a problem with a new installation of Sakai 2.6.2:
· Red Hat Linux

· Java 1.5.0_18

· Maven 2.0.9

· Tomcat 5.5.30

I attach log file with tomcat startup and spontaneous shutdown.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards, Rosa
