[Building Sakai] Missing sakai property at Reference Documentation

Hi Steve!

Sorry, I thought we used it in Sakai 2.4 for institutional pictures in roster tool.

I see now that it seems just to be something we put at sakai.properties to probe it as we read about that property at some place....but later we forgot to quit.

We use instead picture_url field in SAKAI_PERSON_T table.

What property is that used for? It not in the Profile or Roster. Some other tool perhaps?
