[Building Sakai] probelms with google scholar / citations helper

Hi Adam,

This happened (again) because sakaiproject.org was updated and sakai's google registry was not restored after the update.  We are (again) trying to make sure this doesn't happen.  It may be as much as a week before that functionality is restored.
