[Building Sakai] Blackboard 8 to Sakai 2.7

Hi Ibrahima,
we here at UM haven't gone through a BB to Sakai conversion as we were 
never on BB. There is info here though (confluence is where much info 
about Sakai is found)

and if you have further questions you should email 
sakai-dev at collab.sakaiproject.org and folks on that list who have gone 
through conversions I'm sure will speak up.
