[Building Sakai] Problem with Emails

[Given Shirinda]

Hi Guyz. 

I have a serious problem with sending emails to the gov.za and gmail.com domain. 
e.g given.shirinda at hello.gov.za 
But,I could send to given at webmail.co.za 

What could be the problem with that?.
