[Building Sakai] Enrollment in course sites using Sakai sample course data

Hi Siri,

David explained to me that the value is the ENTERPRISE_ID found in the  
CM_ENROLLMENT_SET_T table. However, I had to remove the 'es' from the  
end.

The example provider ID value I've used successfully is

SMPL101 Summer 2010

This also happened to be the same value that was to the left of the  
"(Requested)" string in the Site Info / Worksite Setup tools, and the  
value used for the site title in the site request email.
