[Building Sakai] problem FCKeditor-special chars

hi all!
I just install the movie plugin to  FCK Editor in Sakai 2.6, and works fine,
but has a problem with accents and special chars.

The FCK Editor changes the code of the HTML and when you clicks on this HTML
with a flv,  doesn't works.

I'm changing on fckconfig.js  FCKConfig.ProtectedTags = 'FlashVars' ; but
nothing

Anyone know the configuration to make that FCKEditor doesn't change the
flashvars parameter??
