[Building Sakai] Multiple Default Skins for My Workspace?

Hi Diego, this is pretty much what I did, I simply searched out the user in
the sites tools and applied the skin to him directly ( don't know why I
didn't think of this earlier? ).

This is hardly a large scale solution, but for simple demonstration
purposes, for now, it will have to do.
