[Building Sakai] 2.6.2 java heap space error

I recently had trouble building trunk when I had -XX:MaxPermSize=128m. I 
bumped it up to 256m and it built fine. These are my current opts:

MAVEN_OPTS='-Xms384m -Xmx512m -XX:PermSize=128m -XX:MaxPermSize=256m'

My maven version is 2.2.1.
