Hi Sonette,

These have moved to the kernel:
https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn//kernel/branches/kernel-1.0.x/api/src/main/java/org/sakaiproject/event/api/

along with many other core services:
https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn//kernel/branches/kernel-1.0.x/api/src/main/java/org/sakaiproject/
