[Building Sakai] Packing Sakai to Install on a Client and Customizing the MySQL Database

I'm not sure how active the work is, but there are a few groups in South Africa who were involved with it originally. I think Psybergate was doing the majority of the development and it embedded SQLite rather than MySQL.
