[Building Sakai] Cannot set the feedback option for student via Quick Create in Samigo

Hi Peter,

In your default template for oracle, are these 2 settings set to false? 
You can check it by logging in as the super user, and go to 'Assessment 
Types' for any site, and check the 'Default Assessment Type'.
