[Building Sakai] GsoC Idea: Citation Manager Widget.

Hello my name is Carlos Mauro Cárdenas Férnandez. I am a systems engineer
and now i'm studying a master. I want to work with this idea. I sent my
proposal made it's with the template to the admin(Amyas).  Is necessary put
the proposal to the list?

A abstract:
On the field I'm a bit novice but I have the following experience. I've
worked with latex for my publications and theses,  i felt the need to
improve the work related to unify bibliographic citations.  But the idea
also slash the proposal to create a network of assessment of the references
according to the use of researchers or the public with access to
bibliographic citations, this could get along with the idea of a sort of
social network through sakai but clear references and citations integrating
this apis's, Zotero or Mendeley.
