[Building Sakai] Keeping track of indie project issues for removal before 2.7 is released.

Hi all,

As Anthony Whyte has previously mentioned there is a Jira to keep track of Indie project issues relevant for 2.7 and a second Jira for those intended for 2.7.1 Would the relevant project leads please update SAK-18277 to help raise visibility during the release process. Due to time limitations there will probably be a discussion in the RM meetings today and tomorrow about when specific issues need to be in which master Jira.
