[Building Sakai] Trouble building sakai trunk

Hi all,

I just deleted my local maven repository ~/.m2  and tried to build trunk. I get the following error. Can anyone advise.

  Alternatively, if you host your own repository you can deploy the file there: 
      mvn deploy:deploy-file -DgroupId=org.sakaiproject -DartifactId=sakai-site-manage-api -Dversion=2.7.0-SNAPSHOT -Dpackaging=jar -Dfile=/path/to/file -Durl=[url] -DrepositoryId=[id]
