[Building Sakai] V 2.6.x Dropbox permissions

Hi Ciellie,
The permissions from the *!site.template.course* realm are copied to
*new*course sites (but are not copied to
*existing* sites). Probably, you created the site in question before adding
the *dropbox.own* permission (which is sufficient)
to the !site.template.course realm. You can check this by using the
*Administrator
Workspace > Realms* tool, selecting the realm for the that specific siteId.

also explains* how to propagate new permissions to existing sites*.
