[Building Sakai] How can I take out the portfolio tools since we are not using them?

I have successfully build mvn clean install -Pmini sakai:deploy
But I get the following error during tomcat start up.  How can I take out the portfolio tools since we are not using them?
Caused by:
org.springframework.beans.factory.NoSuchBeanDefinitionException: No bean named 'org.sakaiproject.api.app.scheduler.SchedulerManager' is defined
