[Building Sakai] can we have SAK-13063 fix merged to 2.5.x

It looks like SAK-13063 has been resolved, and was even tested at UCT.
Is there any chance it will be merged into 2.5.x?  I can probably do it
locally, but if it's going to happen upstream I'd prefer to avoid any
merge conflicts down the road.
