[Building Sakai] Turnitin or Content Review

Dear Sir,

I have deployed the Sakai with version 2.5.4 on my college devlopment server. Now, i have a request from the user, they want to use Turnitin when student submit assignment.

I have search on related web on sakaiproject.org, i have found the content review component may do this task but i am still finding confuse on how to deploy this. 

anyone could give me a more detail instruction?
