[Building Sakai] Gradebook 2 Test Server

Hi Paul,

Currently our only test servers at UCD are running with real data and so 
can't be shared out. Georgia Tech is also running a test server -- not 
sure if they're in the same situation or not. I'll look into getting it 
up in a vanilla Sakai instance somewhere.
