[Building Sakai] how to deal with figure in the test and quiz

Hi Gimmi,

When you create an assessment, you can insert images using the FCK editor
(click on "Insert/Edit Image" icon) or the "Add Attachment" button.

When students take the assessment, the only way to answer using images is
through File Upload question type.
