[Building Sakai] Sakai Server OS

At Weber we've been running on virtualized Windows servers for a
couple of years.  We have not (as yet) encountered any complications
in running on a relatively less-used Sakai-OS combo.

I'm sure there are a number of other schools using this OS including
(last time I heard) Dave Ross at Albany Medical College whose been
running Sakai for many years now.
