[Building Sakai] Subversion upgrade - downtime needed

So now that this is done, what are the chances of getting Atlassian¹s
Crucible installed over with jira and confluence?

I have been testing an upgrade path to 1.6.x and hope to have that

crucible/fisheye instance to interact properly with this old
