[Building Sakai] Tomcat temp files not deleted

This could be a side effect of file size limitation in the kernels
before 1.1 - there was a file size limit just above 2Gb (as this matches
the size limit of an int object) So a 3gb file would certainly fail and
possibly not get cleaned from tmp
