[Building Sakai] audio responses in T&Q

Hi all,
sometimes users sending audio anwers in test and quizzes get following error message in the audio recording window:

"Unable to open following row: javax sound sampled LineUnavailableException: line with format PCM_SIGNED 44100.0Hz, 16 bit mono, 2 bytes/frame, big-endian not supported."

This is in Sakai 2.5.

Anyone familiar with this error?
