[Building Sakai] Web DAV under Snowleopard does not work

I figured out some of the problem.  In our Resources page, we supply a 
webdav url to use
for that particular site.  I was going against a My Workspace site, and 
the url was:

https://collab.itc.virginia.edu/dav/~gpp8p

apparently it doesn't like these ~ addresses.  When I went to an 
ordinary site,
it worked fine.  I did notice some other stuff - ui didn't update after 
I dragged a file into
it etc...But that looks like 'beta' stuff.
