[Building Sakai] [Jira Admins] Git plugin for JIRA

Hi Pete,

I noticed this, nice one. I cant find any info on it though, ie how do  
we tag the commits so they link up?
Also, what repository does it point to? Copying Ian in since he's  
doing all the main K2 merges.
