[Building Sakai] Master pom: removing myfaces.zones.apache.org repo reference

In my brisk search earlier today, I didn't spot a recent reference for 
non-myfaces parties so, with the scant attention given JSF by Sakai 
developers nowadays, I hope the official Apache repos should suffice. 
(There was at least one transitional period in 2006 when "myfaces.zones" 
was the place to pick up a recently released JAR.)
