[Building Sakai] Build error in sections module sakai 2.6.1

I also notice this in the master/pom.xml :

<repository>
      <id>apache-repo</id>
      <name>apache-repo</name>
      <layout>default</layout>
      <url>http://myfaces.zones.apache.org/dist/maven-repository</url>
      <snapshots>
        <enabled>false</enabled>
      </snapshots>
    </repository>

But I get access denied trying to reach this address.  So each time 
maven tries to access this repo during compilation it waits until the 
server sends its access denied response.  I guess apache have changed 
something recently in their repos.
