[Building Sakai] Check CAS on initial access

What about this:

in sakai.properties:
iframe.allowed.macros=${USER_ID}
gatewaySiteId=~${USER_ID}

This will set the homepage to be a user's My Workspace site.

Combined with the appropriate CAS settings for getting auth via CAS:
http://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/~steve.swinsburg/CASifying+Sakai

that should do the trick nicely!
