[Building Sakai] Check CAS on initial access

We set up Sakai/CAS using container login..

So when I can call https://xxxxx/portal/login , it will automatically 
check for CAS ticket and login me into Sakai, if I have a valid CAS 
session.. otherwise it route me to CAS Login page..

If you want to send to specific page.. then you may need a small jsp and 
check something like session.getAttribute("netid").. and route either to 
https://xxxxx/portal/login or guest page..
