[Building Sakai] Export calendar events to iCal format

Yes, there is a property, false, by default:

"Export will not be enabled on server unless "ical.experimental=true" in
sakai.properties
Export can be enabled/disabled per site by selecting new "Export" selection
from Schedule tool"
