[Building Sakai] Recommanded OS X dev setup...

I use Eclipse Ganymede which is the release prior to the latest  
(Galileo). The Sakai App Builder and some other plugins I use don't  
work properly under Galileo. Ganymede is pretty solid.

I'm still on 32 bit Eclipse, but running Snow Leopard 10.6.2 and Java  
1.6. I only just noticed the 64 bit versions, might try a 64 bit of  
Ganymede.
