[Building Sakai] Quick Subversion OSX Install Note

For anybody who's having trouble installing a new version of subversion on
an OSX machine, which has version 1.4.4 tenaciously installed by default (
for Xcode ), and you can't get your svn --version command to switch to a
later version no matter what you do, I found this little web entry helpful!
